Groups:​​

Powerskating & Edgeboss Sessions - $295
• Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm & 5:30-6:30pm (8 Sessions)
• Open to all players aged 2008-2016
2008-2010 3v3 Group - $295
• Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00-8:15pm (8 Sessions)
2011-2013 3v3 Group - $295
• Tuesdays 5:00-6:15pm & Thursdays 6:45-8:00pm (8 Sessions)

• *Please note that the 3v3 groups are games only. Players can register for both the
3v3 Group and the Powerskating & Edgeboss sessions.*
• *Schedule is subject to change based off registration numbers and group sizes.*
• *Potential for a 2014 and younger 3v3 group based off interest.*
• *Any schedule conflicts with U18 Provincials or Dragons Playoffs will be made up
April 4th-6th weekend.*

•    High speed turns, pivots, and agility
•    Stick handling and net drives
•    On-ice vision and awareness
•    High performance passing
•    Dynamic balance and edge control
•    Speed with the puck
•    First step explosiveness
